| California Building & Remodeling Came through for me. You can tell a lot about how good someone or some company is when you're really in a pinch. Phil of California Building and Remodeling came through for me even when it wasn't convenient for him. Working in Real Estate you need to have connections to make the deal fly sometimes. Phil of California Building and Remodeling met me for the first time at a home which I had in escrow (my regular contractor was unavailable). The Realtor on on the listing side was trying to blow the deal because he thought he could get more for the home and had another buyer in line. I needed a contractor to show up, figure out a fix for a problem and fix it quickly because my buyers lender demanded something fixed before they would fund the loan for my buyer.
